To provide an image forming apparatus capable of preventing a printed material of another user from being placed between printed materials of an identical user and of preventing jobs of different users from being continuously printed on a continuous paper sheet.
This image forming apparatus comprises a printing means 14, a job registration means 13 for registering print jobs issued from a plurality of users in the issuing order, a user recognition means 16 for recognizing a user who issued the print job, and an execution order sorting means 16. The execution order sorting means 16 sorts the execution order by the printing means 14 for the jobs registered in the job registration means 13 based on the recognition result by the user recognition means 16 such that the print jobs of the identical user can be continuously carried out.
