At this time, an upper part of the spur 15 comes into contact with a spur cleaning member 21. A very small amount of toner sticks on the spur 15 when the spur 15 comes into contact with an image formed on the form 7 during passage of the form 7, but the spur shifts in position thereafter and comes into contact with the spur cleaning member 21, so that the unfixed toner is removed.
