An image formation control section 77 controls to form a document image in a document image description area 81 and to form, in an area 83, corresponding to a rear side in the document image description area 81, an obstruction image based on stored contents in an obstruction image information storage section 76, or an obstruction image based on degree-of-importance information obtained by a degree-of-importance information acquisition section 73. Accordingly, an obstruction image 83 for obstructing the document image seen through a rear side of recording paper is formed, neither too much nor to little in the area, directly corresponding to the rear side of the document image description area 81.
