Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus that can reduce the number and size of components and can efficiently cool a heater element.SOLUTION: A printer 1 includes a body casing 2 that has an opening for paper 6 and a paper accommodation part 9, a fixing unit 17 that fixes toner images on paper P, and a low-voltage power source substrate 80 that has a power source element 82. The low-voltage power source substrate 80 is arranged in an accommodation space S2 between a main frame 45 and a side cover 46 included in the main casing 2, and the power source element 82 is arranged to overlap with the paper accommodation part 9 when viewed from below and the right and left directions of the fixing unit 17. The main frame 45 includes a first ventilation part 55 that is arranged to overlap with the power source element 82 when viewed from the right and left directions, and a second ventilation part 56 that is arranged below the power source element 82; the right end of the second ventilation part 56 is located rightward the right end of the first ventilation part 55.
