Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus for smoothly deleting user-related data of a deleted user.SOLUTION: A resource management part 11 is configured to set authorization information indicating the propriety of user's access to a resource including user-related data. A user management part 12 is configured to register and delete the user. Then, the resource management part 11 is configured to, when a first user is deleted by the user management part 12, select and execute either first deletion processing (a) for immediately deleting the user-related data of the first user at a time or second deletion processing (b) for designating a different second user authorized to perform access to the user-related data of the first user in the authorization information as an agency user, and for gradually deleting the user-related data of the first user in the background after designating the second user as the agency user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
