Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with retransfer of updated data from a managing device even when update of the data has failed and to shorten processing time in the case of retry of an update processing.
SOLUTION: This system is constituted so that the data of an EEPROM 105 is updated by transferring a file of the update data from the managing device connected with an image forming device via a communication line, storing the file in a HDD 110 in the image forming device and after that, reading the data for update from the HDD 110.
