Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation apparatus which can permit a guest user to use the image formation apparatus in an appropriate range without requesting a troublesome work of an authentication user.SOLUTION: The apparatus executes: reception processing (S12) for accepting a user operation; operation control processing (S16, S17) for causing an image formation unit to execute formation operation corresponding to an instruction operation received by the reception processing; first shift processing (S13) for shifting the apparatus to a log-in state when the reception processing receives a log-in operation; reception processing for receiving an existence notification signal from a mobile terminal; second shift processing (S14) for shifting the apparatus to a guest state when the reception processing receives the existence notification signal, while the apparatus is in a state different from the log-in state; and third shift processing for shifting the apparatus to a non-log-in state, when a period of not receiving the existence notification signal in the reception processing during the guest state reaches a threshold period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
