Abstract:
To provide an image forming device, an image forming method and a method of producing a three-dimensional object, capable of suppressing deterioration of color reproducibility and shape reproducibility by suppressing accumulation of variations of each layer during modeling of a three-dimensional object.SOLUTION: An image forming device comprises a generation unit and a movement controller unit. The generation unit is configured to generate layer information for each layer of a three-dimensional object, from height information and color information, the height information including information on a three-dimensional position of each pixel of the three-dimentional object, information on a diameter of a dot of a forming agent for the pixel and information on a gap from an ejection surface of a forming unit when the forming agent for the pixel is to be ejected, and the color information indicating a color of each pixel of the three-dimentional object. The movement controller unit is configured to, when the forming agent for the pixel indicated by the layer information is to be deposited, move the forming unit to make a gap corresponding to a diameter of a dot for the pixel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
