Abstract:
To reduce as much as possible, in a user support service using a chatbot, the time and effort of a user in operation settings necessary for execution of a job in an image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: An image processing system 10 comprises an image forming apparatus 14 and a portable terminal 16, and a chatbot is formed in a server 12 (and a call center terminal 80). A user asks a question to the server 12 or an operator of the call center terminal 80 by using the chatbot. Answer data is returned to the portable terminal 16 from the server 12 or the operator of the call center terminal 80. Operation setting data attached to an answer sentence is transmitted from the portable terminal 16 to the image forming apparatus 14. The operation setting data is set as operation setting data of the image forming apparatus 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
