The image forming device for forming an image on the recording paper based on image data is provided with a delivery tray 77 for loading the recording papers formed with an image and delivered; a small arm 98 for pressing the recording paper on a paper delivery tray 77 from above; and a paper pressing arm drive means 93 for giving action for pressing the recording paper from above and action for separating it from the paper delivery tray 77 relative to the small arm 98.
