Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of preventing a rear-side document from being erroneously copied.SOLUTION: A [rear-side document] button 510 is depressed by a user when copying a rear-side document. A copy setting screen 520 is set when selecting whether a document is single-sided or double-sided, and whether the single side or both sides of a copy paper are to be printed during printing. In the rear-side document, if a [double-side → single-side] button 521c or a [double-side → double-side] button 521d is depressed, copying is erroneously performed. Therefore, setting of the [double-side → single-side] button 521c and [double-side → double-side] button 521d are made impossible, or the [double-side → single-side] button 521c and the [double-side → double-side] button 521d are not displayed. A [show-through prevention ON] button 524a is automatically displayed when the [rear-side document] button 510 is being depressed, and if the [show-through prevention ON] button 524a is displayed, printed colors disappear from the rear side of the rear-side document.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
