Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus configured to enable easy operation, with an inexpensive configuration.SOLUTION: A multifunction machine 11 includes a touch panel 21, a mode switching unit 29, a sound-emitting mechanism 28, a determination unit 30, and a control unit 12. The touch panel 21 displays one of first display screen for displaying first mode which allows an input for image forming condition of an image forming unit 15, and second display screen for displaying second mode different from the first mode. The sound-emitting mechanism 28 emits a sound in response to depression of a softkey. The determination unit 30 determines whether a sound-emitting pattern stored in a hard disk 16 coincides with a sound-pattern to be emitted when a plurality f softkeys are depressed sequentially. The control unit 12 controls the mode switching unit 29 to operate, when the determination unit 30 determines coincidence.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
