Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus that improves rigidity of an apparatus body with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A printer of the present invention comprises: a support member 31 that supports internal equipment including a drum unit that performs image forming processing on a sheet S; and a pair of lateral plates 30 that are provided in parallel opposite to each other in the right and left direction to hold the support member 31, and constitute a framework of an apparatus body 2. The lateral plates 30 each include a lower end part, both end parts in the fore-and-aft direction, and a bent reinforcement part 40 that is formed by being bent in a U shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
