Abstract:
To provide an image forming device which can execute serial communication capable of realizing reduction of a load of a master processor and shortening of a data transfer time in a well-balanced manner.SOLUTION: A master processor 4 of an image forming device 2 writes write object data into a register 14 of a slave processor 12. The master processor 4 designates a top register address only, when two or more register addresses are continuous, before transmitting the two or more write object data, in response to one communication request, executes first pre-processing and first post-processing to a first communicate mode which transmits the two or more write object data to the slave processor 12, makes one register address and one write object data into one set, designates the register address for each write object data, and executes each of second pre-processing and second post-processing only once, to a second communicate mode which transmits the write object data to the slave processor 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
