Abstract:
To provide an image forming apparatus that can prevent dew condensation on a surface of a photoconductor drum.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus 1 comprises a main body housing 2, a photoconductor drum 41Y, a fixing unit 8, a fan 13, and a control unit 14. While printing is continued, the control unit 14 counts the cumulative number of printed pages N. The cumulative number of printed pages N is the accumulation of the number of pages printed by the image forming apparatus 1 within a first time. While printing is continued, when the cumulative number of printed pages N is less than a first number of pages N1, the control unit 14 rotates the fan 13 at a first speed. While printing is continued, when the cumulative number of printed pages N is equal to or more than the first number of pages N1, the control unit 14 rotates the fan 13 at a second speed.
