Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve transfer performance as much as possible at a transfer type image forming device.
SOLUTION: At an image forming device of a transfer type where image forming is executed by developing a latent image formed on an image carrier 1 with a powder developer (t) and transferring the developer image on a recording medium P, the device is provided with a means 2 applying particles (m) whose the grain diameter is ≥1/50 and ≤1/2 of the diameter of the powder developer (t) and whose the resistance value is ≤1×1012 (Ω/cm) on the image carrier 1 and in a state where the image carrier 1 is coated with the particles (m), the forming of the latent image, the developing of the latent image with the powder developer and the transferring of the developer image to the recording medium are executed.
