Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control whether or not to permit execution in a diverse way on the basis of information showing whether or not to permit execution of each function operation of other users.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus includes: a log-in information storage part; an execution authority information storage part for storing execution authority information that is a combination of function operation permission/non-permission information showing whether or not to permit execution of each function operation in association with log-in information; a log-in information reception part for receiving input of the log-in information; a log-in authentication part for putting a corresponding user in a log-in state when the received log-in information is stored to the log-in information storage part; an execution authority information acquisition part for acquiring execution authority information corresponding to the user in the log-in state; an execution instruction reception part for receiving an execution instruction of each function operation; and an execution permission/non-permission determination part for permitting the execution when there is at least one or more function operation permission/non-permission information showing permission of the execution of the function operation shown by the execution instruction among the execution authority information corresponding to a user in the log-in state different from the user who has inputted the execution instruction.
