Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of successfully superimposing another color toner on toner transferred on a sheet.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus (a color printer 1) comprises a first image forming part 30Y and a second image forming part 30K provided in the downstream side thereof. The first image forming part 30Y includes a first pre-transfer exposure member 100 for exposing a surface of a first photoreceptor in a position of a downstream side of a first developing roller 53Y but of an upper stream side of a first transfer member (a transfer roller 74Y) in the rotation direction of the first photoreceptor. The first pre-transfer exposure member 100 is configured to output light which can be absorbed by a first color developer, and to expose the first photoreceptor but not to expose the second photoreceptor before transfer.
