Abstract:
To prevent the break of the middle of a page image when forming a plurality of page lines which are the plurality of page lines corresponding to a plurality of printing commands on the front face and rear face of a continuous sheet, and in which the page length of the page image included in one page line and the page length of the page image included in the other page line are different from each other by arranging them in the sheet width direction of the continuous sheet.SOLUTION: A front face printing unit 24 prints a register mark MK for each page image of the front face first page line, and prints the register mark MK for each page image of the front face second page line. A rear face printing unit 30 starts printing of the page image of the rear face first page line from the position indicated by the register mark MK when a mark sensor 28 detects the register mark MK corresponding to the front face first page line, and starts printing of the page image of the rear face second page line from the position indicated by the register mark MK when the mark sensor 28 detects the register mark MK corresponding to the front face second page line.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
