To provide an image forming method which prevents the degradation in primary electrostatic chargeability by residual toners of transfer remaining on a photoreceptor after transfer and prevents image defects, such as fogging and low density, by slow rising of the triboelectrostatic charge quantity of the toners and is excellent in image reproducibility in long term use and an image forming device.
The image forming method using an amorphous silicon photoreceptor having a conductive base and a photoconductive layer composed of a non-crystalline material essentially consisting of silicone atom and disposed on the conductive base and the toners having at least a binder resin, coloring agents and tin oxide particulates, in which the tin oxide particulates contain a tungsten element and/or phosphorus element of 0.1 to 30 mol% of the tin element and the image forming device are provided.
