PURPOSE: To improve the releasing property between a toner and a photosensitive body and to attain excellent transfer efficiency by using a capsule toner as the toner and using a film belt type heat resistant organic photosensitive body containing a silicone compound as a surface photosensitive layer of an organic photosensitive body.
CONSTITUTION: The capsule toner is used as the toner to fix at low temp. and the toner having thermal property capable of fixing by the pressure of a press roll after being preheated at 40-120°C is selected as the capsule toner. The film belt type heat resistant organic photosensitive body is made by providing the photosensitive layer on an electroconductive substrate and the electroconductive substrate made by coating with a metal on an organic film is used. The surface photosensitive layer is a layer containing the silicone compound. The silicone compound is, for example, a reaction product of an epoxy modified silicone with an active hydrogen containing modified silicone. The epoxy modified silicone is, for example, epoxy modified dimethyl polysiloxane.
