Abstract:
To appropriately provide identification information even when performing predetermined post-processing to appropriately collect output information on a result of paper output.SOLUTION: An image forming system 10 comprises: a storage unit 120; an image forming apparatus 100; and at least one post-processing apparatus 300 that performs post-processing on a sheet on which an image is formed and is conveyed by the image forming apparatus 100. The image forming apparatus 100 includes: a providing unit 111 that generates and provides identification information for every image forming condition in a print job to be executed; and a first storage processing unit 112 that stores, in the storage unit, the identification information and the image forming condition corresponding thereto in association with each other. The post-processing apparatus 300 includes: a collection unit 311 that collects output information on conveyance of the sheet conveyed from the image forming apparatus 100 and/or the post-processing; and a second storage processing unit 312 that stores, in the storage unit 120, the output information collected by the collection unit 311 in linkage with the identification information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
