Abstract:
To provide an image forming system that easily makes executable the switchover setting for a tray to feed an insert sheet.SOLUTION: An image forming system (100) comprises image forming means (101A), a for-recording sheet feeding unit (110), a transport path (124), an insert sheet feeding unit (102), a discharge unit (126), and control means (103) that can execute switchover processing to change over a loading unit for feeding an insert sheet during execution of a job. When a first insert sheet feeding unit having two loading units is being connected, the control means makes executable first processing to set activation or inactivation of switchover processing for the insert sheet feeding unit. When a second insert sheet feeding unit having three or more loading units is being connected, the control means makes executable second processing to set activation or inactivation of switchover processing on each loading unit basis.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
