To provide an image forming device obtaining the image at an area where the image form is changed and the variation components caused except for the area are reduced, and diagnosing a lung suitably, and the program and the image forming method.

This device comprises: a detecting means for capturing a condition for changing a form of lung field, obtaining temporal variation components caused by the form change of lung field based on respiratory cycle and a dynamic image including high-frequency components whose changing cycle is shorter than a respiratory cycle, and detecting an observation area corresponding to each observation area of a standard image from each subject image which are one standard image included in the dynamic image and the residual some images excepting the standard image from the dynamic image, and a forming means for forming a corrected dynamic image by reducing high-frequency components from the temporal change of pixel value of the observation area corresponding to each observation area.
