Abstract:

To prevent occurrence of uneven luminance or color in an image region taken in by reducing the impact of external factors in an image input device.

The image input device comprises a photographing section 110 for photographing an object from above to generate image data, an image processing circuit 160 for performing image processing of the image data to generate correction data of luminance distribution or color distribution, and an image projecting section 130 for generating an image pattern based on the correction data and projecting the image pattern from above the object wherein the luminance distribution or color distribution of the image data is confined within a predetermined range by operating the photographing section 110, the image processing circuit 160 and the image projecting section 130 repeatedly.
