Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image monitoring system having high reliability with which a plan action is detected, when caution setting operation is executed and a plan reference image is updated when there is no plan action.
SOLUTION: This system is provided with a control means for comparing and collating an actual image photographed by an image pick-up means with the plan detecting reference image stored in a storage means, deciding a difference to be more than the prescribed one as a plan abnormality if it occurs, comparing and collating the actual image photographed by the image pick-up means with an invasion plan detecting reference image stored in the storage means, after receiving the setting signal of a caution setting mode by a communication means and deciding the difference being more than the prescribed one as an infiltration abnormality when it occurs.
