Image observation spectacles 1 include: a frame part 22 for holding an image observation part; a pair of temples 4 fitted along the temporal regions of a wearer who wears the image observation spectacles 1; and adjusting mechanisms 3 disposed between the frame part 22 and the temples 4 and journaling the temples 4. The adjusting mechanism includes an adjusting gear 7 provided on the temple 4 and having tooth portion 71 formed along the rotation center of the temple 4, and a changeover part 61 capable of changing over between a regulation state threadedly engaged with the tooth portion 71 and regulating the rotation of the temple 4, and a non-regulation state released from the regulation state.
