PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption.
SOLUTION: An image photographing apparatus is provided, having a sensor area which includes a plurality of pixels for detecting an image to be photographed, a read circuit for sequentially reading out signals from a plurality of pixels to a common output unit by each different transistor, and power- supplying unit for separately supplying power, to each of the sensor area and reading circuit.
