Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology that can reduce the processing time when image data is processed by using an image processing accelerator compared with a case where pipeline processing is performed.SOLUTION: An image processing accelerator 18 comprises: a memory 40 that stores image data and circuit information; a reconfigurable circuit part 38 in which a circuit configuration is reconfigured for every processing with the circuit information stored in the memory 40; and a reconfiguration control part 36 that extracts, from the memory 40, a necessary area in the image data stored in the memory 40 for every processing in the reconfigurable circuit part 38, causes the reconfigurable circuit part 38 to process the necessary area, and does not cause the reconfigurable circuit part to process an unnecessary area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
