PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accurate time in an image processing apparatus on the basis of a reference time acquired from a server.SOLUTION: An application PF330 stores, when an image processing apparatus 100 makes a transition to a sleep mode state, the current time of the image processing apparatus 100 as a sleep mode transition time (S411-S415). The application PF330 stores, when the image processing apparatus 100 returns from the sleep mode state, the current time of the image processing apparatus 100 as a sleep mode return time (S417-S422), and adds the difference between the two pieces of stored time information to a reference time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
