Abstract:
To provide an image processing apparatus that can improve visibility.
The image processing apparatus 1 estimates a course of an obstacle when the obstacle around an own vehicle is a moving object, and changes a display mode of an image of an object to be recognized superimposed in a scene ahead of the own vehicle based on the estimated course. Therefore, the apparatus avoids the course of the obstacle in advance and can display the images of the object to be recognized. Accordingly, the apparatus can avoid the fact that the images of the object to be recognized are displayed to be superimposed in the obstacles even in a location after the obstacle moves. As a result, the visibility of a driver can be improved.
