Abstract:
To solve the problem in which: a difference occurs in the order of image data and a read image registered by an inspection device and the finish of printed matter cannot be correctly inspected by the inspection device since imposition control is determined by a printer immediately before executing printing.SOLUTION: An image processing device according to the present invention comprises: first registration means which receives image data and printing settings and registers the received image data; second registration means which registers a reference image in which the image data registered in the first registration means is rearranged on the basis of the arrangement destination of the image data to a recording sheet obtained with the image data and the printing settings; and inspection means which inspects printed matter on the basis of a scan image obtained by reading the printed matter obtained by printing the image data on the recording sheet on the basis of the arrangement destination and the reference image registered in the second registration means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
