To provide a technique for acquiring an appropriate area to processing to be executed from a picked-up images.SOLUTION: A part or all of objects are detected from picked-up images as objects to be detected. On each of detection images detected from the picked-up images, a percentage included in an area of an object to be detected or an area of the object to be detected in information of the object in the picked-up images is determined as an occupation degree.
