Abstract:
To reduce the stains of an observation window in an imaging device reflected in a captured image, thus to obtain a more sharp in-furnace image.SOLUTION: An image processing device for subjecting an image obtained by imaging an in-furnace part to image processing comprises: a time representative value image creation part in which, from plural images obtained by successively imaging a furnace wall with an imaging device moving through the in-furnace part, time representative value images consisting of the representative value of the pixel values of the same pixel position is created; a filter creation part in which, based on each pixel value of the time representative value images and the pixel value of the pixel position at which the probability that disturbance upon imaging by the imaging device in the time representative value images is not generated is the highest, a filter arrangement for correcting the change of the pixel value caused by the disturbance upon the imaging by the imaging device is created; and a correction processing part for correcting the image imaged by the imaging device using the filter arrangement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
