To accurately reflect a position of a lesion included in a medical image in a schema in an image processing device, method, and program.SOLUTION: A processor derives a target organ image by extracting a target organ including a lesion from a medical image and executes positioning of a standard organ image derived beforehand by normalizing a plurality of target organ images and the derived target organ image so as to specify a position of the lesion in the standard organ image, and on the basis of the position of the legion specified in the standard organ image, specifies the position of the lesion in a schema that shows the target organ schematically.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
