To reduce the oppression on a storage capacity of a medical image managing system such as a PACS by appropriately controlling output of an image in imaging for acquiring a subtraction image.SOLUTION: An image processing device includes acquisition means for acquiring a first radiation image and a second radiation image obtained by detecting radiation of different types of energy, and a subtraction image generated by using the first radiation image and the second radiation image, and output control means for controlling the output of the first radiation image, the second radiation image, and the subtraction image on the basis of examination information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
