Abstract:
To reduce the time and effort of a user when creating different inspection setting files according to the inspection content.SOLUTION: An image processing device comprises: a storage unit which stores an inspection setting file 301 that defines the processing procedure including imaging processing by an imaging unit, and an optical condition file 311 that is set with an optical condition used for the imaging processing by the imaging unit and is different from the inspection setting file 301; and an interface unit which receives selection of the optical condition file 311 referred to by the inspection setting file 301. The plurality of inspection setting files 301-303 stored in the storage unit can refer to the same optical condition file 311. When the interface unit receives correction of the optical condition of the same optical condition file 311, imaging processing executed by the plurality of inspection setting files 301-303 that refer to the same optical condition file 311 is executed on the basis of the optical condition after correction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 31
