Abstract:
To enable generation of an inspection object image similar to that at installation time even when an optical condition changes at operation time.SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus comprises: an imaging unit for generating an inspection object image; a storage unit that stores a reference image in which an inspection object is previously imaged; and a calculation unit that identifies a positional relationship between an inspection object included in the inspection object image generated at operation time and an inspection object included in the reference image, and calculates a generation condition of the inspection object image such that the inspection object included in the inspection object image which is generated in the imaging unit at the operation time has substantially the same position as that of the inspection object included in the reference image. The generation condition includes positional information on an output area in which the inspection object can be output at substantially the same position as that of the reference image in a visual field range of the imaging unit. The imaging unit generates the inspection object image corresponding to the output area of the positional information at the operation time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 39
