Abstract:
It is an object of the present invention to provide an image processing device and an image processing method for a board capable of recognizing a reference position of the board with higher accuracy. The image processing device for a board includes a template acquisition unit that acquires a second template that shows a distinctive portion of the board located outside the fiducial mark in a first region when the position of the fiducial mark is not detected by scanning with a detection unit, and a position recognition unit that recognizes the reference position of the board using the second template.
