Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of solving a problem in conventional album automatic creation that a photograph which includes a person determined as unimportant may not be employed in an album.SOLUTION: The image processor detects faces of persons from an image group as objects of an album, and identifies the persons of the detected faces. The image group is divided into a plurality of scenes, and the frequency of appearances of the identified person is counted (Step12-03). Using the number of scenes in which each of the persons appears, important persons are determined. Using the determination result, images are selected to create an album.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
