Abstract:
To provide an image processing method, image processing apparatus, and computer-readable storage medium for extending line segments in an image.SOLUTION: An image processing method comprises the steps of: obtaining a target image containing defect features; identifying at least one line segment from the target image; and performing an extension process on at least one line segment. The step of performing the extension process for a specific line segment in at least one line segment includes: determining an extension direction for extending the specific line segment based on the principal direction and the tangential direction of the specific line segment; determining an extension length for extending the specific line segment based on the length of the specific line segment; and extending the specific line segment using the extension direction and the extension length to obtain the extended line segment associated with the defect feature in the target image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
