Abstract:
To provide an image processing method which can acquire an image in which a pattern of a workpiece is clearly expressed.SOLUTION: An image processing method for processing an image of a workpiece which has a first surface and a second surface and in which a processing mark is formed on the second surface side with grinding comprises: an imaging step of imaging the workpiece with an infrared camera from the second surface side of the workpiece and acquiring a photographed image including a pattern on the first surface side of the workpiece and a processing mark; a first image processing step of performing the two-dimensional Fourier transformation on the photographed image and generating the first image including the pattern indicating the distribution of the cycle of the processing mark included in the photographed image; a second image processing step of generating the second image by removing the pattern included in the first image; and a third image processing step of performing the inverse Fourier transformation on the second image and generating the third image corresponding to the image obtained by removing the processing mark from the photographed image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
