Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing method capable of improving the detectability or visibility of a defective part at a position set back even in the case of inspecting an inner wall side surface of a work-piece, an image processor, a surface inspection system, and a program.SOLUTION: A development image of an inner wall side surface with a depth direction (z) and a circumferential direction (θ) as coordinate axes is created by performing geometric transformation on a wide-angle image. Then, a trend obtained by sequentially performing first smoothing processing along the depth direction (z) and second smoothing processing along the circumferential direction (θ) on the development image is eliminated from the development image.
