Abstract:
To prevent the occurrence of composite in color multiplicity of specific components due to overlapping of first type image elements even when a manner for overlapping the first type image elements with each other has not been determined at a generation time of intermediate data for individual objects in a first device.SOLUTION: A feature smoothing unit treats a group of objects between neighboring reference objects 103A and 103B in a drawing order as a group, puts sequentially each feature object in the group into a page feature spool 366 to execute eclipse processing, and also puts a feature mask 110b indicating OR shapes of those feature objects into the page feature spool 366. After finishing the processing up to the last object of one page, the feature smoothing unit outputs the group of objects in the page feature spool 366 to a later stage on a drawing means side in the reverse order of the drawing order.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
