Abstract:
To provide a screen processor capable of monitor-displaying personal computer(PC) processed data in such a form as a TV image is put on a wallpaper area when the PC-processed data are displayed in a screen of a TV receiver.
Image data stored in a TV image memory(MEMA) 13 and PC display data stored in video RAM(VEAM) 14 are inputted to a display data selection part(SEL) 16 including specified color data of a wallpaper stored in a wallpaper data buffer(BUF) 15. Either the picture data held in the TV picture memory(MEMA) 13 or the PC display data stored in the video RAM (VRAM) 14 is sequentially selected and outputted in the unit of corresponding pixel to be displayed according to a value of the wallpaper data buffer(BUF) 15.
