To allow a user to simply start confidential printing without inputting identification information such as a password by utilizing that the user is definitely in front of an image processor when executing confidential printing.
When a user instructs the image processor to execute confidential printing, image data are transmitted from an information processor to the image processor. A storage part 4 stores the image data. The user goes in front of the image processor so as to switch a discharge tray 16, designated as a discharge destination of a recording sheet, from a closed posture to an open posture. A tray detector 21 detects whether the discharge tray 16 is in an open posture or in a closed posture. When confirming that a state of the discharge tray is changed on the basis of a detection signal of the tray detector 21, a permission part of a control part 7 permits printing. Confidential printing is executed while the recording sheet is discharged to the designated discharge tray 16.
