Abstract:
To provide means capable of easily detecting the generation cause of a failure during printing processing.
A calculation part for calculating a hash value of a page image of print data, a storage part for storing a normal hash value, and a comparison part for comparing the hash value calculated by the calculation part with the normal hash value stored in the storage part are provided. In the case that comparison results by the comparison part are not coincident, it is notified that the page image is abnormal.
