CONSTITUTION: By carrying rollers 2a∼2e and the like, a carrying path T1 is formed. Respective parts and a lamp 3 and the like of the carrying section T1 are suitably supported by a supporting body 4 made of a material rich in resiliency. a light guiding section L and a photoelectric converting section C are integrally movably fixed to the same base stand 9 composed of a resilient material. Accordingly, dimensions between respective optical elements such as mirrors 5, 6 and lens 7 fixed thereto and an image sensor 8 is kept constant. By supporting the base body 9, even if a base 10a is made flexible since a disposition place of the device is not flat, the base stand 9 and the light guiding section L and the photoelectric converting section C fixed thereto are rotated integrally around a shaft 12 according to a quantity of flexibility of the base 10a. Accordingly, a light path length is usually kept constant.
