Abstract:
An object is to enable an accurate determination of an operation. An operator (102) uses a relative relation between a virtual operation screen determined from an image or a position of an operator photographed by the aforementioned video camera (201) and the operator (102) to determine that the operation starts when a part of the operator (102) comes on this side of the operation screen as viewed from the video camera (201), and from a configuration or a movement of each portion, it is determined which out of operations in advance estimated the configuration or the movement corresponds to.
