PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image recording apparatus that has excellent operability.SOLUTION: An image recording apparatus records an image in a recording sheet. A side surface of the image recording apparatus has a front side surface 52 that has a vertical direction 7 and a right-left direction 9 and includes: an insertion part 60 that is arranged at the front side surface 52 and formed with an insertion port 61 in which an external device is inserted; and a user interface part 70 that is arranged at the front side surface 52 and is displayed or operated for processing of data stored in the external device. The insertion port 61 is arranged in an area where the user interface part 70 in the vertical direction 7 is arranged, and are arranged mutually adjacent in the right-left direction 9 of the front side surface 52.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
